Sacred Heart Church accepts Electronic Transfer or Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) for monthly contributions.
- Determine the fixed amount that you would like to donate each month.
- Download and complete the below form and return it to the Business Administrator by the 30th of the month to become effective on the 5th of the following month.
- Each month on the 5th, the Business Administrator will automatically process the submitted amount to your account using the information provided on the authorization form.
- You can stop, start or make changes any time before the 5th of the month.
